1. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following services offered by InkframeCo:

  • Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Digital Strategy & Marketing

2. General Refund Conditions

Since all our services are customized and often involve significant creative input and time investment, we do not offer full refunds once a project has been initiated, unless otherwise stated in writing.

However, partial refunds or credits may be issued under the following conditions:

a. Project Cancellation by Client

  • If a project is canceled by the client before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued, minus any transaction or administrative fees.
  • If work has already commenced, the client may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and hours invested.

b. Missed Deadlines (by InkframeCo)

If we fail to meet agreed-upon timelines without proper communication or reasonable cause, clients may request:

  • A partial refund , minus service fee and expenses on project
  • A credit toward future services

This does not apply to delays caused by client-side approvals, content delays, or scope changes.

c. Quality Concerns

If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, we encourage a revision process first (as outlined in the project agreement). If after reasonable revision attempts the client remains unsatisfied:

  • A partial refund may be considered at our discretion minus service fee and expenses on project.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has begun
  • Lack of responsiveness or communication from the client
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., missing content, delayed approvals)
  • Pre-agreed deposits or milestone payments (non-refundable unless otherwise stated)
  • Completed and delivered services

4. Digital Goods and Licenses

Any digital assets, templates, or licensed materials purchased or delivered as part of a project are non-refundable once transferred or downloaded.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email contact@inkframeco.com with:

  • Your full name and company (if applicable)
  • Project name or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 7 business days.


6. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and professionally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal channels, as governed by the laws .
